Incident liaison
In the case of a request for ISF assistance, the BSOC will liaise between your Operations room and the Basra Operations Command’s Provincial Joint Operations Centre to ensure your request reaches the highest level
Out of Area Mission Requests
A Basra based PSC has authority to move in Basra Province through the PJCC. To move outside of the province, authority must be given the IA in Baghdad. The BSOC can request authority through the IGFC, providing nationwide movement.
Freedom and tracking of movement
Using SecureLocate, the BSOC can track your teams and provide assistance with freedom of movement. Should a Checkpoint halt your progress the BSOC can liaise with the BaOC to assist with getting you moving again.
